Manganese ore is graded before it enters the plant and recorded against the production batch, so a certificate can be traced back to the lot it came from.

ICP for elemental impurities and laser particle size analysis in our own laboratory — not a report reused from an old lot.
Custom screening, not a fixed list
80–400 mesh on MnO2 and MnCO3, 0.5–1.2 mm on filter sand. Custom cuts are quoted against your distribution curve.
OEM and private label
25 kg inner-and-outer bags, 1,000 kg jumbo bags, drums or bulk — with your label and your artwork if you distribute.
7–15 days production
Standard grades run in 7–15 working days after specification sign-off, confirmed per order rather than promised per website.

Batch testing, not a one-off report
Each batch is tested in our own laboratory and shipped with a COA that matches the lot number on the bag. Ask for the COA of the last three lots and compare them — that is the fastest way to judge a manganese supplier.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Ore processing, milling, calcination, screening, testing and packing all take place at our own facility in Hunan Province, China. We are not an intermediary reselling another mill's output, which is why a COA can be traced back to a specific ore lot and production batch.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per grade and packing rather than as one figure for the whole catalogue. Standard grades start at one pallet; full-container orders carry the lowest freight per tonne. The exact MOQ is confirmed together with the specification, so the number you receive matches the grade you actually need.
Can you customise purity, particle size or packaging?
Yes. Screening and grading are done in-house, so mesh and particle size distribution can be set to your specification — typically 80–400 mesh for MnO2 and MnCO3, and 0.5–1.2 mm or custom for filter sand. Packing is available as 25 kg PP woven bags with an inner liner, 1,000 kg jumbo bags, or private-label bags printed to your design.
Can I get a sample and a COA before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are supplied with their own certificate of analysis so your laboratory can test the material independently. TDS and MSDS are provided with the sample, and third-party inspection can be arranged for the production batch if you need it.
What is the lead time?
Standard grades typically run 7–15 working days after specification sign-off. Custom screening or a new grade takes longer, and the date is confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed. Shipping time depends on the destination port and the sailing schedule.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Every batch ships with a COA. On request we provide the TDS, MSDS, packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin, and we support REACH-related documentation for European buyers.

We export to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania, on FOB, CIF or CFR terms. Send us the destination port and the quantity and we will confirm the shipping option that fits.
