Welcome to manganesesupply.com (the “Site”), operated by BTL New Material (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our Site, including purchasing products, services, and content. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Site is intended for business clients (B2B) only. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a legally recognized entity.

  • Minors (under 18) may not use the Site.

 

2. Product Information & Orders

  • Product descriptions (e.g., MnO₂ purity, particle size) are for reference; actual specifications may vary slightly. Contact us for technical datasheets.

  • Orders are binding upon our written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in [USD/CNY] and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping fees (clarified at checkout).

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or agreed credit terms for approved clients.

  • Late payments may incur interest (1.5% monthly) or order suspension.

 

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in order confirmations.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delays due to customs or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) are not our liability.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns require prior authorization. Defective products may be replaced within 30 days with proof (e.g., lab test reports).

  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (logos, product images, descriptions) is owned by BTL New Material and protected under copyright/trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use or Site errors.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of China. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of  Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court.
