Five manganese product lines, one ore source
Each line covers several grades. Grade, particle size and packing are confirmed against your application before a batch is scheduled — we do not quote a grade we cannot document.
Manganese Dioxide
Natural and synthetic grades, from filter media to glass, ceramic, metallurgical and battery grades. 90–99 % MnO2 where the grade requires it.
Manganese Carbonate
Precipitated manganese carbonate, typically ≥ 44 % Mn, supplied as powder and screened to the mesh you specify.
Manganese Sand
Natural manganese sand for iron, manganese and arsenic removal, in 35 % MnO2 grade and graded 0.5–1.2 mm or to your mesh.
Manganese Monoxide
MnO at 60–62 % Mn for metallurgy, welding electrode coatings, ferrite raw material and animal nutrition.
Manganese Sulfate
Monohydrate manganese sulfate at Mn 31.8–32 %, in feed grade, agriculture grade and battery-grade qualities.

One site, three functions
Everything happens at our own facility in Hunan. Nothing is subcontracted to a third-party mill, which is why a batch record can be traced back to the ore lot.
Ore supply
Manganese ore from self-owned resources, graded before it enters the plant. Ore lot is recorded against the production batch.
Production and testing
Crushing, milling, calcination, screening and packing, with an in-house lab using ICP and laser particle size analysis.
Export and documentation
Specification review, samples, COA / TDS / MSDS, container booking and the full set of shipping documents.

No step in this sequence is skipped, including the ones that cost us an order — if a grade cannot be met, you hear it at step 2, not after the container is loaded.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Is BTL New Material a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Ore processing, milling, calcination, screening, testing and packing all take place at our own facility in Hunan Province, China. We are not an intermediary reselling another mill's output, which is why a COA can be traced back to a specific ore lot and production batch.
When was the company founded?
BTL New Material has been producing manganese products since 2015, with more than 10 years in manganese mining and processing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per grade and packing rather than as one figure for the whole catalogue. Standard grades start at one pallet; full-container orders carry the lowest freight per tonne. We confirm the exact MOQ together with the specification, so the number you receive matches the grade you actually need.
Can I get a sample and a COA before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are supplied with their own certificate of analysis so your laboratory can test the material independently. TDS and MSDS are provided with the sample, and third-party inspection can be arranged for the production batch if you need it.
Can you produce a custom particle size or a private-label packing?
Yes — screening and grading are done in-house, so mesh and particle size distribution can be set to your specification. Packing is available as 25 kg PP woven bags with an inner liner, 1,000 kg jumbo bags, or private-label bags printed to your design.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Every batch ships with a COA. On request we provide the TDS, MSDS, packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin, and we support REACH-related documentation for European buyers.

We export to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania, on FOB, CIF or CFR terms. Send us the destination port and the quantity and we will confirm the shipping option that fits.
